From turmoil to sustainability - improving healthcare and changing the world

The symposium is for anyone who is interested in development and improving healthcare- and systems globally.

The Masanga project in Sierra Leone has, through a number of projects, moved from turmoil to sustainable structures. The symposium is based on this and focuses on relationships and partnerships that can contribute to further development.
It is an international symposium with speakers from university environments in Europe that puts Global Health and ‘Acceses to essential surgery’ into a broader context and presents ideas and ways forward.

The symposium is organized in collaboration with the School of Global Health CPH, IMCC, CapaCare (Norway) and SAKS.
